So crazy that I discovered this clip on my phone today. 9 months ago, my very first exposure to Herbalife, Active Nutrition, the team…I sat in a room drinking a shake after our beach workout as @dr_lawrenceliu talked about this event they were all attending called Extravaganza. I had no clue what it was, or what Herbalife really was for that matter. Little did I know that three weeks later, I too would be at this event, and that I would be experiencing a dramatic mindset shift and lifestyle change.

Fast forward to today, 9 months later, I am once again “27 days out” from attending the biggest event of the year, Extravaganza. I’ll be traveling to Chicago with the team along with 13,000 other incredible coaches on a mission to make a massive profound impact. 9 months ago I was a lost, insecure, confused, undeveloped human being. Today I stand tall, strong, confident, excited, and humble. This event will change your life without a doubt. I speak from experience. I wouldn’t be who I am today had @alyssad_livefit not taken a chance on me. I am so grateful for this day, for this life, and for everything I get to do and the lives I get to help impact. Always getting creative in the kitchen! Two scoops orange cream protein, two scoops personalized protein powder, handful of spinach, handful of strawberries, handful of black berries, ice, and water! Was definitely craving something sweeter today. Remember: berries are okay to add sometimes but my biggest tips are to steer clear of fruit and dairy! Berries are great antioxidants though and definitely cured my craving this morning! Time to take on workout number 2💪💥 (at fitlinds24@yahoo.com📩)

Always getting creative in the kitchen! Two scoops orange cream protein, two scoops personalized protein powder, handful of spinach, handful of strawberries, handful of black berries, ice, and water! Was definitely craving something sweeter today. Remember: berries are okay to add sometimes but my biggest tips are to steer clear of fruit and dairy!
